Production Process
It is generally prepared by the reaction of holmium oxide
Ho2O3 with nitric acid. The reaction equation is:
Ho2O3+6HNO3→2Ho(NO3)3+3H2O. Firstly, holmium oxide is added to an appropriate amount of dilute nitric acid, and the reaction is carried out at a certain temperature.
