Solubility: Highly soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol, diethyl ether, and acetone; slightly soluble in water (approximately 3.4 g/100 mL at 25°C), with good compatibility with oils and fats.
Boiling point: ~190-195°C (under 1.3 kPa reduced pressure). It decomposes at high temperatures under normal pressure, making it suitable as a low-temperature plasticizer.
