Mechanism:
As an anhydride curing agent, it reacts with hydroxyl groups (-OH) in epoxy resins via ring-opening esterification to form crosslinked structures. Heating (80-150°C) or accelerators (e.g., benzyldimethylamine) are required.
Performance Advantages:
Low volatility, environmentally friendly during application;
Cured products exhibit excellent electrical insulation, heat resistance (HDT: 100-130°C), and mechanical strength;
